Parties and roles

The extraTV app and pairing service are made available on Apple platforms by Tommi Vainio, Koulukatu 28, 33200 Tampere, Finland. He is the seller shown on the Apple App Store and operates the service and support contact at support@extratv.fans.

INTERSTEL SAS has authorised Tommi Vainio to publish, distribute and support extraTV through his Apple Developer and App Store account, where TOMMI VAINIO is shown as the seller. extraTV is a neutral media player. It does not provide, sell, host or recommend channels, playlists or content. The pairing platform does not make sales or process payments.

How it works

You choose an independent provider and supply your own access details to configure the app. After pairing, your device connects directly to that provider. extraTV does not guarantee or control the availability, catalogue, quality or legality of the third-party service you choose.

Authorised use

You may only configure sources for which you have the necessary rights or authorisation. You must not use extraTV to infringe copyright, circumvent technical measures, access services without permission, interfere with the platform's security or availability, or harm other people.

Account and security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, checking that the code appears on your own device and not sharing secrets through insecure channels. You may stop using the service and unlink your local data at any time.

Security and abusive use

Access to the pairing platform may be temporarily limited when necessary to protect it, prevent abuse, comply with a legal obligation or investigate an incident. These measures will be applied proportionately.

Availability

We aim to keep the service operational and secure, but it may be interrupted by maintenance, network incidents, security measures or external services. You can contact support about incidents attributable to extraTV. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under the law.

Intellectual property

The app, its design and its software are protected by applicable laws. These terms do not transfer to you any rights in extraTV or in third-party content or services.

Privacy

Data processing is described in the Privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Finland. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence or of the competent courts recognised by that law.

Changes

The current version is published on this page. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date.
