What does extraTV include?
The player and a way to explore your source: live TV, movies and series. It does not include channels, playlists, accounts or streaming subscriptions.
Where does the content come from?
From the compatible source you configure. You need its server address, username and password, and permission to use it.
Which devices can I connect on this website?
This pairing portal works with extraTV for iPhone, iPad and Apple TV. The app must be installed. Each device generates its own code and is configured separately.
How long does a code last?
10 minutes from the time it is generated. If it expires, get a new code in the app. Enter all 8 digits without spaces and keep extraTV open while pairing.
What if something will not play?
Check your connection and that your source is available. For problems with the app or pairing, visit Support. For expired accounts or missing content, contact your provider.
