extraTV support

For help with the player or pairing service, write to support@extratv.fans. Tommi Vainio, Koulukatu 28, 33200 Tampere, Finland, operates support and publishes extraTV on the Apple App Store.

Pairing problems

1. Generate a new code in the app; it lasts for 10 minutes.
2. Check that you enter all 8 digits exactly.
3. Keep the app open until pairing is complete.

Problems with a source

Check that your provider's URL, username and password are correct and that its service is available. extraTV does not supply playlists, channels, credentials or content; questions about content, access or server availability should be directed to your chosen provider.

Privacy and local deletion

To remove a source and its data from your device, use the option in the app to unlink and delete local data. To exercise your data protection rights or ask a privacy question, write to privacy@extratv.fans. Read the Privacy policy for details of processing and retention periods.

Useful information when asking for help

Include your device type, extraTV version, a description of the problem and the steps to reproduce it. Do not send passwords, pairing codes or your provider credentials by email.
